This form is for junior members wishing to renew their Crystal Palace Triathletes membership. Those wishing to join as a new member should use the Junior member waiting list form.

REMINDER:
All parents/guardians of junior members are required to marshal at the Crystal Palace Triathlon on Sunday 15 May 2016. This is our main fund-raising event of the year and helps put on a full and varied range of Club training sessions. All Juniors are able to enter and details will be sent to all members ahead of entries opening to the public.
