This form is for members wishing to join Crystal Palace Triathletes for the first time. Those members wishing to renew their membership should use the renewal application form.

The annual training fees are included in the membership fee. The training fees includes all regular training sessions but does not include individual fees to facilities where required; additional training courses, camps and/or sessions that might be arranged. The training fee reduces proportionally each month by 1/12th.
