For all eligible Under 9 - Under 15 athletes *

Athletes should be a registered and financial member with the one of the following Centres: 

Brighton, Caulfield, Chelsea, Dandenong, Frankston, Mentone, Moorabbin, Mornington, Oakleigh, Sandringham, Seaford, Southern Peninsula, Springvale, Waverley, Westernport

As a condition of entry the entrant must have participated in a minimum of four weeks of Centre Competition prior to the close of entries (1st February)*

Any competition scheduled on the same day as a Region/State Competition day cannot be used as a eligible competition for participation requirements*

(* as per Competition Regulation 8 - Rule 21: Eligibility)

Athlete Appeals

If an athlete hasn't or isn't going to meet the participation requirements and has reasonable grounds for the lack of participation (ie injury) they are required to lodge an appeal.Appeals must be sent to appeals@lavic.com.au by 11.59pm Wednesday 3rd Feb (48 hours after the close of entries as per LAVic competition appeals process - LAVic Reg 8 - rules page 3)

Entry fee covers entry to the Region & State (if applicable) Championships

 * IMGSTG Fee applies to all transactions

($1.65 transactions under $30, 5% transactions over $30)

Payment to be made online at time of entry

Athletes may choose a maximum of 4 (four) events to compete in.  Qualifying standards do apply at the State Championships in High Jump and Walk events and these are highlighted in the event table button below. 

Please use the State Timetable as a guide when selecting events – Region timetables are modelled on the LAVic State Timetable, however the timing can differ slightly. The Region timetable will be published on the SMR web page after entries close.

• Viewing to the link to the LAVic website which provides the State Track & Field timetable and also proposed clash schedules

Confirmation of Entry

Once your entry is complete your name should appear on the "Confirmed Entrants" listing and you should have received a confirmation e-mail. If not, please contact the Region to check the status of your registration.
