2016 ClubNet Webinars

 

Welcome to the ClubNet Webinar series 2016 page:

Athletics New Zealand are providing a series of free webinars to support your club administrator’s use of the ClubNet system. The aim of these webinars is to refresh your knowledge before the season starts and to show you the capabilities of the system in terms of member management. Each webinar will cover different aspects of ClubNet from managing your membership to going online and sending emails, therefore allowing you to tailor the support and knowledge that is most useful for your club.

The webinars are accessible using the GoToMeeting software, so you can access them from the comfort of your own home. They have a maximum of 25 invitees, therefore should more than one person from your club wish to view the webinar, please only register once and access it from the one computer.

Below is a list of the different webinars with a brief explaination as to what will be covered, and further information relating to the series.

 


Managing Members:

This webinar will cover the basics of managing members. Adding member records, transfering members, updating their records.
Making a member financial, cancelling subscriptions and payment received reports. Prior to the season starting we will also include setting up different subscription types.

Online Membership:
This webinar covers the basics of online membership, that is members signing up for their membership using the clubs online registrtation portal. Making your membership records more accurate and reducing the time administrators are currently spending manually making members financial. During this webinar we will set up your club's membership portal so you will need to have a second computer available with your club information and logos easily accessible. 

Emailing and communications:
This webinar covers sending emails to different groups within your membership, and setting up email templates. During this webinar we will set up an email containing a club logo and contact information, so please ensure you have a suitable logo image on your computer. Distribution lists is also covered

Exporting member records and data analysis:
This webinar covers the dashboards, query builder and exporting data from ClubNet. Grouping members is also covered

How: An invite with access instructions will be sent to the registered email addresses a week prior to each webinar.

We recommend accessing the software during the day to ensure it is working correctly.
