Event Schedule

Under 9 - 10 Boys & Girls: 3 x 1.5km at 12.00pm

Under 7 - 8 Boys & Girls: 3 x 1km (Non-Championship Event) at 1.00pm

Under 13 -15 Boys & Girls: 3 x 3.1km (one lap of circuit) at 1.15pm

Under 11 - 12 Boys & Girls: 3 x 2km at 1.30pm

Registration Instructions

To register your Team(s) please click on the 'Click here to register' button and follow the prompts to register

At the completion of the registration you will have the below options:

Add Another Registration: To register a new Team Manager and team. Entry form (Personal Details page) will be blank

Add Entry Type: Add additional team(s) for the same Team Manager (The Team Manager details will be automatically retrieved from your previous entry)

Payment Instructions

Invoices for entries will be issued to Centres/Regions once entries have close

Payment is to be made by Direct Deposit or Centre/Region Cheque only - details regarding both will be specificed in the invoice.

Confirmation of Entry

1. Once your entry is complete you should receive a confirmation e-mail.
2. You will appear in the confirmed entrants listing once your team entrants have had their age group and registration verified (If there is an issue you will be contacted by the LAVic office)
