2016 Tour of the Barossa (3 - 4 December)

 

The 2016 Tour of the Barossa is your chance to test yourself in the iconic Barossa Valley, taking on The Vine Inn Classic 60km road race and the Barossa Region 80km - 100km road race.
 
This is your opportunity to ride the exact course the professional riders will tackle in their attempt to be crowned the 2016 Super Series Champion. The Tour of the Barossa falls on the last two days of the Cycling South Australia Super Series, making the Tour an experience you won't want to miss. 
 
Whether your goal is a personal one, to test yourself against our two challenging courses or race with your mates, the Tour of the Barossa has something for you.

So what are you waiting for? Get your racing buddies, friends and family together and enjoy 2 days of amazing racing and spectating. The Tour of the Barossa is a festival of cycling is for the whole family, come for Saturday's Family Fun Day (including free cycling and other kids sport activities) or eat, laugh and relax at Tour of the Barossa Presentation Dinner with special cycling guests.

STAGE 1

Date: Saturday 3 December 2016

Event Start Time: 2.00pm (There will be a staggered start for riders in accordance to their age group category and entry numbers)

Event Location: Coulthard House 66-70 Murray Street, Nurioopta

Distance: 60km (2 x 30km laps)

Format: Road Race

Entry Numbers: Limited

Registration: 12.00pm – 1.45pm Saturday 3 December 16

Date: Sunday 4 December 2016

Event Start Time: 9.00am (There will be a staggered start for riders in accordance to their age group category and entry numbers)
