The Mount Gambier Cycling Club, in conjunction with the Mount Gambier Community RSL, proudly presents the 2017 Soldiers Memorial handicapped road race. The prestigious and hotly contested Soldiers Memorial will once again be held on ANZAC day, Tuesday April 25.
Registration opens inside the Clubrooms at Blue Lake Sports Park from 11:30am. - with Junior Racing commencing 12:15pm, and the Seniors at 1pm from Caroline Road, Mount Gambier.
Race briefings will be held prior to racing.
As per Cycling SA Red Light Policy, all riders must have a flashing red light which is visible from at least 200 metres.
Under 11/13 race distance 10km - $5 entry fee
Under 15/17 race distance 20km - $5 entry fee
Senior Race Distance 50km - $15 entry fee
Riders must bring their Cycling Australia licence to register and receive race numbers, the licences will be reclaimed upon redemption of race number.

Any unclaimed prizes from the days racing will be reclaimed by the MGCC club at the close of the event.
Presentations and afternoon tea will be held at the Mount Gambier RSL Club, Sturt Street, Mount Gambier following the conclusion of the Senior race, everyone is welcome.
Could Local Riders please bring a plate of afternoon tea.
