Venue : Seaford North Primary School, Hallifax Street, Seaford. (Melway ref. 97F11)

Parking: Street parking is available in Clovelly Parade, (off Railway Parade) and in Halifax Street and Airlie Grove (both off Armstrongs Road). Access to the school grounds is not permitted except for official vehicles.

Starting Time: 9.30 am sharp.  First event marshalled at 9.15 am.

Entries :  $8.00 per RUN event, $6.00 per WALK event. Each competitor may enter only one cross country event and/or one walking event.  Late entries taken on the day $10.00 per event. (Free for Seaford Cross Country members via PIN)

Registering : Note Athletes under 15 must be registered with LAVic and should use the 'Login' button above.  Under 25 and Open Age athletes use the 'Click Here To Register' button.

Age Group Progression : Progressions of one (1) age group will be permitted for events not offered in an athlete’s age group

General Information

Conditions: Athletes must be registered with LAVic (except U25 and Open age groups).   No Late Changes will be accepted. No refunds will be processed. Once an entry is submitted, it's final.  No composite teams will be accepted other than those whereby a competitor from the same Centre steps up an age group. Substitute runners will not be accepted.  No protests will be entered into. The decision of the Competition Director or Open Day Manager is final. 

Seaford Little Athletics Centre Inc reserves the right to cancel or postpone the event due to extreme weather conditions

Competition: Generally, competition will be conducted in accordance with LAVIC Competition Regulations as revised 1 August 2014

Uniform: Centre or Club Uniform with current Jetstar patch (if available) 

Spikes: No Spikes are permitted.

Marshalling: Athletes are required to marshal as soon as their event is called over the public address system.

Medals:    Medals will be presented to the first three individual placegetters, and the first three teams in each cross country event including open age. Medals in walk events will be presented to individual placegetters only.  Medal engraving will be available on the day. 

Ribbons: Ribbons are provided to all non-medal competitors in each event. 

Catering: Full canteen facilities and bbq operating.
