This Multi-Class clinic is open to both LAVic registered athletes and Non-members. 

Overview: 

‘ Multi-Class Athletics is the new term for Athletes with a Disability’.

Building upon the release of the LAVic Multi-Class programs, we are conducting a skills clinic focussing on Multi-Class athletes.  The clinic will be held alongside another LAVic skills clinic at the home of athletics – Lakeside stadium during the school holidays. 

The age group is U9-U16 or 8yrs to 15yrs old at the time of the clinic. The Multi-Class clinic will consist of 4 rotations of 30 mins, covering Track, Jumps, Throws and Core / Plyo activities.  Athletes will receive coaching from highly experienced coaches involved in Multi-Class athletics, including the LAVic Ambassador for Multi-Class athletics and World and Paralympic Champion – Richard Colman AM, as well as Mandi Cole, Multi-Class head coach and team manager  for National and International Championships. 

Information will be available following the clinic for athletes and parents to take the next step into the Multi-Class pathway.

Parents are required to be in attendance for the entire duration of the Clinic
