The 8 week Race and Development Programs target the Tour of Bright (1-3 December) and is ideally suited to riders who already have ridden or perhaps raced through winter/spring.

The total weekly training time for this program ranges from 8.5 to 11 hours. The development program provides a short, climbing specific, base phase followed by interval sessions to help you prepare for you for the climbs. The race program provides climbing intervals and anaerobic development. The final week of the program includes a short taper to sharpen up the race speed and to freshen you up for race day.

The Tuesday session each week is designed to be completed as a group session and some coaching will be provided to help ensure the session is completed correctly and to answer any questions about the training program.
