NU-GEN Junior events are being conducted at the Devonport, Burnie & Hobart carnivals in season 2017/18.

Devonport (30th Dec.) - 200m, 400m & 1600m. (see the 'Handicapping/Carnival Marks' tab for carnival schedules) 

Burnie (1st Jan.) - 120m, 400m & 1600m. (see the 'Handicapping/Carnival Marks' tab for carnival schedules)

Hobart (7th Jan.) - 100m, 300m & 800m. 

Important information 

1. Open to boys & girls aged 10-16 years inclusive as at race day
2. Novice TAL registered athletes are eligible to enter
3. Events will be handicapped with participation and fun as priorities
4. Entry fee is $5.00 per event
5. Entrants not registered with Athletics Tas., TAL or Little Athletics clubs will be required to pay a $10.00 registration fee which will cover insurance for the three carnivals
6. Instructions/timetable will be emailed to entrants prior to the carnivals
7. All participants will receive a commemorative medallion
8. Prizes will be given to placegetters in each event
