Mentone LAC's Free Coaching Day will be held on Sunday 30th September 2018

9:00am - 12:00pm for All Members from Last Season - Under 6 to 16

COST: FREE

Mentone Little Athletics will be holding a Coaching Day for existing members and guests from neighbouring centres prior to the 2018/2019 Track & Field season opening.

Athletes will be provided with coaching from our experienced coaches.

Athletes will participate in a maximum of two sessions and are to select two events, which they will attend throughout the morning.

Events available:

Sprints / Middle Distance / Hurdles / Walks /

Long Jump / Triple Jump / Javelin / High Jump / Shot Put / Discus

Under 6 - 8 athletes in attendance will be involved in modified coaching relevant to their age group.

All athletes must register for this morning online - no late entries will be accepted on the day.

Drinks and refreshments will be provided.
