This free practical session is perfect for anyone wanting to improve their knowledge and skills to be able to assist with centre and zone level activities or simply help their own children.

The event groups covered will be: 

• Track (including Walks, Hurdles, Relays)
• Jumps (Long Jump, High Jump, Triple Jump)
• Throws (Shot Put, Discus, Javelin)

VENUE: Adcock Park, Pacific Highway, West Gosford

DATE:  Saturday, 20 October 2018

TIME:  12.30pm - 4.30pm (arrival from 12pm, BBQ Lunch/Welcome from 12.30pm)
