Junior Mid Week Training

Junior Mid Week Training 2018

Available to all B,C & Rookies

The sessions will start 15 October (first day of Term4) until Christmas.
(the last of the year is still undecided and the coaching team will make this decision closer to Christmas)

The schedule will be as follows:

  • Monday 4:15 – 5:15 pm
  • Tuesday 4:15 – 5:15 pm
  • Wednesday 4:15 – 5:15 pm
  • Thursday 4:15 – 5:15 pm
  • Saturday 9:45 – 11:15am


The mani focus of these sessions being on strength, technique and fitness.

There are 5 sessions a week in order to give all juniors the opportunity to fit in some sessions around their busy lives.

There is NO expectation for people to attend all 5 sessions.

 

 The cost to attend (one or all sessions) is $40
