When:              Sunday 25th November 2018, commencing 9:00am till approx 14:30pm.

Registration:   Open to U06-U16 athletes registered with LAVic affiliated centres in Season 18/19.

                        Online entry ONLY. 
                        Registrations CLOSE 23 November at 11:59pm. 
                        Once registration is complete, NO changes are possible.

Cost*:              $7 per event or $30 for 5 events - Maximum of 5 events. *$1.65 SportsTG processing fee applies to each entry. 
                        No refunds will be processed.

Payment:         Credit card with online entry ONLY.

Uniform:          Competitors must be in their approved centre or Club uniform, with their Subway registration patch.

                        Suitable footwear must be worn. Spikes as per LAVic Regulations.

Progressions:  Each athlete may progress ONE AGE GROUP if event not offered in age group*. Athletes will register as their correct age                              group however the progressed events will appear as an option to selection in your events.

(No progression allowed in hurdles U6–U11)

*All progressions will reflect LAVic weights/heights relevant to age group and LAVic standard event rules

(ie: U10 athletes cannot age promote for HJ or TJ based on LAVic standard events)

Awards:           Medals will be awarded to first 3 placegetters in each event per age group

                        Placing’s will be determined by heat times (No finals)

Protests:          No protests will be entered into.

Cancellations:  SLAC reserves the right to cancel entire event, subject to entries**

                        ** Refunds will be processed if entire event cancelled (excl admin fees)

                        Sale Little Athletics Centre reserves the right to cancel individual events with insufficient entries.

                        (If this occurs, members will be contacted for an alternate event).

Conditions:      SLAC Open Day will be conducted in all weather conditions (Rain, Hail or Shine).

                        No Smoking is allowed within venue boundaries during competitions

                        For safety of all athletes please do not bring pets to the Open Day

                        Parents, athletes, spectators & officials are to abide by LAVic Code of Conduct.
