Issues when enrolling?

If you are experiencing or experience any technical difficulties when attempting to enrol, please call 1300 068 922 immediately. Your enrolment will only be complete when your payment details have been processed and you receive an email confirming your enrolment.

If you have a prize from a previous competition, please contact us on 1300 068 922 apply your discount. Otherwise we can refund any vouchers once the competition has started onto the card used to pay for the competition.
