First event marshalled at 6.00pm sharp. Athletes are to be there by 5.30pm

Entry:  $15.00 (+ Processing fee)

Entry will reserve a spot in:

U9-U16 athlete -       100m and 400m handicap for each U9-U16 athlete
U6-U8 athlete   -       100m and 200m for each U6-U8 athlete
Multi Class Athletes - 50m and 200m for Multi Class Athletes

Entries close on December 19th 2018  Strictly no late entries after the closing date.

Conditions: This is a handicap event, based on registered Club PB’s. Athletes must have been registered with Little Athletics Victoria and/or Athletics Victoria and run in their correct age group over the 2018/19 season, as 2018/19 times will be used to handicap the event.

Event will be open from U6 to U16.

Handicaps will be based on the athletes’ last club record P.B. No protests will be allowed. Centre uniform or sub-club uniform must be worn.

Spikes permitted for U11 & over athletes. All athletes wearing spikes must use starters’ blocks for the 100m event only. All 400m events will be standing start. Blocks will be supplied by the venue. Personal blocks are acceptable.

Crouch starts only for U12’s & over. Crouch starts for transitional U11’s or younger age groups are optional. (If wearing spikes crouch or blocks starts will be required).

Awards: Medals will be presented to the first three individual place getters.  
 
Facilities: Catering will include a canteen and/or BBQ. Providing both hot and cold drinks and food.
