Sport and Dance | Short Courses | Semester 1 2019

Looking to stay fit, challenge yourself or learn a new activity? Master the basic techniques of dueling in Fencing, coordination and stability in Rock Climbing, concentraiton and strength in Archery, endurance and self-defence in Muay Thai Kickboxing, or groovy techniques in Jazz class!

Semester 1 Short Courses will be running as follows:

Monday, March 11th - May 6th

Yoga (8 weeks): Lunchtime 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm at Group Fitness Studio, SUSAC; excluding April 22nd

Jazz (8 weeks): 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm at Education Annexe Building Dance Studio; excluding April 22nd

Hip Hop (8 weeks): 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm at Education Annexe Building Dance Studio; excluding April 24th

 

Tuesdays, Course 1 March 12th - April 9th, Course 2 April 30th - May 28th

March 19th - April 16th (Rock Climbing and Fencing ONLY)

Archery (5 weeks): 12:30 pm -1:30 pm on St John's Oval

Rock Climbing (5 weeks): 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm at The Ledge, Arena Sports Centre

Fencing (6 weeks): 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm at Arena Activities Hall

Yoga (8 weeks): 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm at the Education Annexe Building Dance Studio; excluding April 23rd

 

Wednesday, March 13th - April 17th (Kick Boxing)

Kick Boxing (6 weeks): 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm at The Boxing Gym, SUSAC

 

City2Surf Short Course

Training: Thursday June 20th - Thursday August 8th from 5.45-6.45pm

Race: Sunday August 11th at 9.10am

 

SUSAC is Sydney Uni Sports and Aquatic Centre, located on the corner of Darlington Rd and Codrington St, Darlington 2008
