Awards to be awarded on the night:

• Emerging Centre Award - Awarded to a centre/s who have done an outstanding job at implementing events/groups for athletes with a disability.
• Community Excellence Award - Awarded to a coach, athlete, LANSW centre, official or volunteer for outstanding achievements & contributions to a disability community organisation or event.
• Participation Achievement Award - Recognises an athlete with a disability who is an outstanding role model to their peers and consistently participates in athletics events e.g. centre, region, state and ANSW events.
• Outstanding Support Award - Awarded to an official, volunteer or centre who has shown tremendous support for disability in athletics.

Nominations close: Friday, 17 May 2019

Eligibility for nominations:

• Must be a member of LANSW or ANSW
• Resident of NSW
• Must be in good standing with LANSW/ANSW and hold a good reputation amongst peers

Judging

The awards panel will consist of at least 4 people including representatives from LANSW & ANSW.

The selection panel will short list nominees to a group of finalists and choose a winner in each category. The decision of the awards selection panel is final and will be announced at the Celebration of Athletes with a Disability in Athletics Dinner night on Friday, 31 May 2019.
