The Perth Wildcats are looking for the most talented dancing youngsters in WA! From tumbling & breakdancing to hitting the court with high energy routines, this group will be wowing the Red Army this upcoming 2019/20 season! 

The Wildcats are looking for dancers trained in a range of genres; particularly jazz, hip hop & acrobatics, with a passion for urban and commercial style. 

With crowds up to 13,500 at Perth Arena, this crew of boys & girls will be sure to bring a new level of excitement and fun to the Wildcats on-court action.

Sunday 11 August | Doors Open at 9:00am | Audition Starts at 10:00am

The audition will run for 2-3 hours and consist of a warm-up, skills & routine choreography. 

Registration Fee: $20 (Includes a FREE Wildcats pack for all registered dancers).

 AUDITION REQUIREMENTS: 

• Seeking boys and girls aged 9-13 years old (Must be 9yrs by 1 September 2019) 
• Dancers must demonstrate their ability to learn & perform choreography 
• Minimum two years dance experience is preferable 
• One parent/guardian must be present at registration 
• Audition will be closed - No parents/guardians permitted inside for viewing 
• Acrobatic/tumbling skills are encouraged (not essential) 
• Must abide by the Perth Wildcats culture & core values
• Must be available for all compulsory commitments 

COMMITMENTS: 

• Successful dancers must be available to attend rehearsals at The Performance Company dance studio predominantly on a selection of Friday evenings or Sundays, subject to game night allocations & commencing in September and throughout the season (October to March) - Exact days/times will be communicated during the season 
• Junior Dance Squad will perform at five Perth Wildcats home games (variety of performances involved)

• Two tickets to each Perth Wildcats home game you perform at during the season (five games) 
• A one-time performance fee of $50 will be paid at the start of the season
