This free practical session is perfect for anyone wanting to improve their knowledge and skills to be able to assist with centre and zone level activities or simply help their own children.

The event groups covered will be: 

• Track (including Walks, Hurdles, Relays)
• Jumps (Long Jump, High Jump, Triple Jump)
• Throws (Shot Put, Discus, Javelin)

VENUE: Cardiff & District Athletics Club, Neegulbah Park, Macquarie

TIME:  9.30am - 1.00pm (arrival from 9am, BBQ lunch provided)
