All equipment hire charges will be invoiced after your event

Primary & Intermediate Schools $150/day - includes requested equipment including 1 member of Athletics Wellington

Secondary Schools $400/day - includes requested equipment including 1 member of Athletics Wellington 

Sound System (extra) $50/day - PA system which includes 2 mobile microphones

Photo Finish (extra) $350/day - Electronic timing and photo finish system including 1 member of Athletics Wellington (Note: all College Zone events must book this system)

All fees indicated are GST exclusive

Any damage to equipment will be charged directly to the school on completion of your event.

You must have a ground booking confirmed by the Wellington City Council before completing this form
