Please provide ALL your entry details for the National Pool Champs 11-13 October 2019.  

Entry's must be in by 11pm,  17 September 2019. There are no late entries.

The Coaches will select all relay teams based on who is registered for individual events.

Entry Fee for this event is $85 

You will be asked to pay by credit card on registering.

Age: Age group is determined by the competitor’s age as at midnight on 30th September 2019. This allows competitors to remain in the same age group for the entire season. For example if you are 13 on the 30th September 2019, you will race in the U14 age group. Please Note: All competitors must be aged 10 years or older before midnight 30th September 2019 to compete in the National Pool Championships. Masters must be aged 30 years or older before midnight 30th September 2019 to be eligible to compete in that age group.
