All athletes are to pick 4 events of their choice that they have competed in this season at Casey Fields.

Medals will be awarded for Personal Best (PBs) Gold for 4 PBs, Silver for 3 PBs, Bronze for 2 PBs. Certificates will also be handed out. These certificates and Medals will not be handed out on the day but in the following week.

Medals for 1st, 2nd and 3rd will be awarded for those athletes who win the event. All other athletes will receive a competitor ribbon. These will be awarded on the day.

Start Time: 8.30am Sharp, warm up is at 8.15am.

PLEASE NOTE: THIS WILL BE A LONGER DAY THAN NORMAL AS WE ARE HAVING MORE EVENTS RUNNING.

Entry Cost: for the day is $12.00 plus processing fee of $1.65

Closing Date: 6th March 2020, 11.59pm LATE ENTRIES WILL NOT BE PERMITTED.

Conditions: All entries are to be through the portal. No late entries will be taken after the cut off date of the 6th March 2020. No refunds will be processed. Once a entry is submitted, it is deemed final. No protests will be entered into and the decision of the Track and Field Manager is final.

Competition: All competition rules are to be conducted in accordance with LAVic Competition regulations.

Clash of Events: Whilst every attempt at minimising clash of events, if there is a conflict Track has precedent over Field events. Athlete is to leave field event for Track and then return to Field.

DISCLAMIER: ALL ATHLETES MUST HAVE COMPETED IN THEIR NOMINATED EVENT UP TO THE 6th OF MARCH 2020.

Uniform: Full uniform and Subway barcode must be worn.

Cranbourne Little Athletics has the right to cancel the event due to extreme weather conditions.

Minimum Fields: The organising Committee reserves the right to combine age groups in events with less than three(3) athletes.
