Port Elliot Open Water Swim 2020

Do not use this entry if you have completed an Atlantis 3 Race Entry

Entry is open to swimmers 14 years and older

ONLINE ENTRIES CLOSE AT 11.00PM, 11 MARCH 2020. LATE ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED ON THE DAY AT A COST OF $50.00.

Wetsuit Policy: All swimmers are welcome to use a wetsuit for the swim if they wish. The organisers will adopt the FINA rules for the awarding of prizes and will award prizes under a wetsuit category if the recorded water temperature is between 18 degrees and 20 degrees. If the water temperature is above 20 degrees, prizes will not be awarded under a wetsuit category, but swimmers remain welcome to swim in a wetsuit.

The organisers will advise the water temperature and any other conditions on the morning of the swim via the Masters Swimming SA facebook sitehttps://www.facebook.com/AtlantisMastersSwimmingClubInc/

Cancellation Policy: The safety of our swimmers is paramount. Weather conditions and water temperature in particular can contribute to an unsafe environment for swimmers. Atlantis Masters consults with the Surf Lifesavers and has an experienced Medical Officer on its team. Where we consider conditions to be unsafe, we will make the decision to cancel the event, in the interest of swimmer safety. Atlantis Masters incurs significant cost in running the event, irrespective of whether the event is held or not held. For this reason, we are unable to offer a refund to swimmers in the unlikely event that the swim is cancelled.
