This form will ask details about the event(s) the athlete is competing in and their PB for that event, location where they acheived the PB and any other information relating to the PB. The form will also ask some other fun facts about the athlete. 

Please ensure you fill in all details on the form as this will help our Live Stream team and commentators provide the best coverage for the event. 

You will receive a confirmation email once you have completed the online form, if you dont receive this you may not have clicked both submit buttons at the end of the form. If you are having difficulty completing the online form please contact admin@littleathletics.com.au.
