Centre Delegates - Closes

Please use your Centre login to register your Delegates for the 2020 LAVic AGM, a maximum of 2 delegates can be nominated. This must be done within 7 days prior to the AGM.

Based on Constitutional Rule 6.8d : Centres that have not registered prior to the 9th August should contact the LAVic Office for assistance to register their President & Secretary.

(d) If an Affiliated Centre fails to provide the required notification to the CEO, the president and secretary of the Affiliated Centre shall be deemed to be the Delegates. 

Centres will be posted their hard copy of the Agenda to the Centre postal address, this copy should be provided to your first delegate. A copy for your second delegate is available for downloading.

Delegate registration closes at 11.59pm on 9th August
(7 days prior to the AGM)

Changes to Centre delegates after submission of this application must be submitted in writing to the CEO (anthony.mcintosh@lavic.com.au) not less than 48 hours before the General Meeting
