State Championships scratchings close - 9am - Tuesday 9th March, 2021

• Once the scratching has been submitted, the scratched athlete cannot be reinstated (in the selected events) 
• Any further scratchings after the closing time and date (9am - Tuesday 9th March) will need to be provided to your Centre or Team Manager, prior to the event.

This portal is applicable to confirmed 'progressed' athletes from the 2021 Regional Track and Field Carnivals into the State Track & Field Championships.

The application must be completed by a parent / guardian of an athlete for the 2021 event, using the login credentials for that athlete.

Example of scratching scenario:

Example 1 - Max was successful in progressing into the State Championships in the 100m, 200m, LJ and Shot Put - due to family commitments he can no longer compete in the 200m and Shot Put. He will submit a scratching for 2 events in his age group, nominating the 200m and Shot Put. The final list of events will be updated after the close of scratchings to list Max for only the 100m and Long Jump.

Example 2 - Max was successful in progressing into the State Championships in the 100m, 200m, LJ and Shot Put  - he can longer compete on the weekend and needs to scratch in all 4 events. He will submit a scratching for the 100m, 200m, LJ & Shot Put. The final list of events will be updated after the close of scratchings to remove Max entirely.
