MBSLSC Winter Pool Lifesaving Training

Are you keen to compete in Pool Lifesaving Competitions?

MBSLSC will continue to run pool lifesaving training on Sunday afternoons. 
Term 3 training commences Sunday 1 August 2021 and concludes Sunday 26 September.

When: Sunday's 12-2pm (see schedule further below)

Where: National Aquatic Centre at AUT Millennium

Who: Current Registered Juniors (10 years or older as at 30 September 2021), Seniors, Masters

Gear required: goggles, fins, kickboard, pull buoy

TERM 3:

Dates: 1 August - 26 September (excluding 5th September as this is NR Champs)

Juniors: 12-1pm

Seniors/Masters: 1-2pm

Cost: $85 per term (8 weeks) 

The sessions will be built around developing skills using bricks, fins, manikins and obstacles for the following pool lifesaving competitions:

Mairangi Bay Club Champs : TBC- National Aquatic Centre, Auckland

Northern Region Pool Champs:  4 & 5 September 2021

Eastern Region Pool Champs: TBC

National Pool Champs: 8, 9 & 10 October 2021

MBSLSC will be utilising the expertise of a number of experienced individuals including National coaches and World Champions.
