LANSW Skills Clinic-Tamworth Saturday 26th June 2021

 “ ...practice does not make perfect...PERFECT practice makes perfect…”.

LANSW coaching clinics provides all participants the opportunity to learn/practice the fundamental skills and sound technique in selected events. It offers affordable quality skills coaching in running, jumping and throwing events. These clinics are open to registered and non registered Little Athletes. Its an opportunity to develop current skills and gives those that have never tried Little Athletics an opportunity to “come and try” and learn.

Age: 8 - 12 age group (non-members welcome to come n try! Athletes Must have or be turning 8 This year)

Events: Shot Put, Long Jump , High Jump , Sprints.

Cost: $45

Parking: Free parking outside the venue 

Proposed Program:

The morning session will consist of participants witll rotating between 4 x 45min coaching sessions. The events will be      Shot Put, Long Jump , High Jump , Sprints

The afternoon session is a practical session where participants can "put into practice" what they have learned.

Refund Policy: Strictly NO refund available. In the case of weather not permitting the clinic to go ahead all registrations will get a full refund if the clinic is cancelled prior to commencing. If the clinic has started and then cancelled part way through all participants will get a pro-rata refund.
