LAVic Centre Affiliation 2021/2022

Centre Affiliation is for the period 1 September 2021 to 31 August 2022

You will be required to login to your account to complete Affiliation. 

* Please refer to your affiliation email which includes your email and username details. Your password will be the same password you used to register for the AGM & Directors ballot. If you need to reset your password please click on the username & password link on the top right hand corner of this page.

Terms and Conditions of Affiliation

The following documents are required to be agreed & complied with by Centres:

  • COVID Safe Official Nomination Season 21/22 

All Centres will be required to have registered a minimum of one (1) COVID Safe Official with LAVic for the duration of season 21/22, registrations can be completed here.

Administrative (provide all details)

  1. Key Centre Committee positions details (name, email, phone, childsafe credentials) - President, Secretary, Treasurer, Registrar, Child Safe Officer
  2. Bank details (updates only) applicable to the Centre (Name,BSB, Account Number).

Centre Details - Refer to your Centre contact page (https://lavic.com.au/centres/) and only need to provide updates if changes are to be made:

  1. Venue details address.
  2. Primary contact for Centre enquiries (*daytime phone mandatory field to confirm/update).
  3. Primary competition day, start time, staggered start, On Track delivery & age groups, Centre participation in the Winter / Cross Country Season and training details: day, times & age groups applicable.
  4. Induction / Registration dates / locations, Come & try dates for Trial Athletes.
  5. Website & Social media channels and their respective links.
  6. Additional questions included are: confirming: What is the date of your Centre’s Open Day? (If conducting one)

Additional information / AGM

  1. Applicable party who you hire the track from (eg council / school etc).
  2. Agreeing to the LAA standard events table.
  3. Confirming end of year financial date, date/month of your 20/21 AGM, approx date/month for your Season 21/22 AGM, collection of voting preferences (if applicable to be used during online member registrations).
  4. Coles delivery preferred residential address information (for kits).

On completion of the online application your invoices will be emailed. Invoices will be based on your 2020/2021 registration numbers:

less than 150 Members -$55 or more than 150 Members -$110
