THE CLUB RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THE COME N TRY FOR ANY REASON.

Information about a cancellation can be found under the heading COME N TRY.

As archery is an outdoor sport, the Come N Try will not be cancelled due to possible light showers.

THE COME N TRY WILL BEGIN AT 10.30AM SHARP.

1. You must be at least 10 years old to participate in the club’s Come N Try.
2. If you are under 18 you will be required to be accompanied by a Parent or Guardian.
3. All participants will be required to sign the Come N Try attendance register for insurance purposes. Those under 18 will have to be signed in by their Parent / Guardian.
4. Parents or Guardians will also have to sign-in in the club’s attendance book as a visitor, for insurance purposes.
5. If you give permission for your photo to be taken and used for club purposes, please tick the photo column on the right-hand side of the attendance register.
6. When the photographer takes a group photo, only those who have ticked the photo column can participate.
7. Between 10.30 and 11.00am you will be given your bow at the clubhouse by the instructor.
8. After this, proceed down to the chairs provided on the field.
9. At approximately 11.00am Instruction will start.
10. Controlled shooting will commence at approximately 11.30am and finish at approximately 12.30pm.
11. Safety is our priority so participants must come suitably dressed.
12. Closed in footwear must be worn.
13. Do not wear baggy or loose-fitting tops, beads, dangling objects or nose rings as these may become entangled with the bowstring on release and cause injury to you.
14. Anyone who fails to follow the safety instructions may be required to sit it out.
