Parking: Parking is available outside the school grounds on Hallifax Street, Airlie Grove and neighbouring streets. Please take note of parking signs in these streets and allow time to find a suitable park.
Starting Time: 9.30 am sharp. First event marshalled at 9.15 am.
The opportunity to walk the track will be at 8:30 am. A second walk the track will occur midway through the scheduled events. This time will be confirmed once entries close a week prior to the event.
Entries : $10.00 per RUN event, $10.00 per WALK event. Each competitor may enter only one cross country event and/or one walking event. Late entries taken on the day $15.00 per event until 9AM strictly. (Free for Seaford Cross Country members via PIN)

Age Group Progression : Progressions of age events are not permitted, All scheduled events are within the Centre Level Standard Events Table 2021-2022 set by Little Athletics Victoria.

General Information
Conditions: Athletes must be registered with LAVic. No Late Changes will be accepted. No refunds will be processed. Once an entry is submitted, it's final. Substitute runners will not be accepted. No protests will be entered into. The decision of the Competition Director or Open Day Manager is final.
Seaford Little Athletics Centre Inc reserves the right to cancel or postpone the event due to extreme weather conditions or changes in Covid-19 restrictions.
Competition: Generally, competition will be conducted in accordance with LAVic Competition Regulations as revised February 2022
Uniform: Centre or Club Uniform with current COLES patch and Commonwealth Bank chest patch
Spikes: No Spikes are permitted.
Marshalling: Athletes are required to marshal as soon as their event is called over the public address system.
Awards: Medals will be presented to the first three individual placegetters, and the first three teams (3 athletes) in each cross country event will each receive a team ribbon award. Medals in walk events will be presented to individual placegetters only. Medal engraving will be available on the day.
If age groups are combined into one event on the day, each age group will still be presented individually as per above.
Ribbons: Ribbons are provided to all non-medal competitors in each event.
Catering: BBQ Available on the day.
