• Coles Partnership - Kiemi Lai (Community Relations Advisor) will provide a snapshot of Coles partnership activities with Little Athletics for season 2022.
• Little Athletics Australia - President Sherrie Boulter & CEO Myles Foreman.

2:15pm   - Annual General Meeting - Commences

3.30pm - AGM Concludes

• Centre Delegates -prior to 11.59pm 23rd July

Select the register now option and use your Centre login to register your Delegates for the 2022 LAVic AGM, a maximum of 2 delegates can be appointed. This must be done within 7 days prior to the AGM. 

Rule 6.8 (a) of the LAVic Constitution states:

Each Affiliated Centre shall advise the CEO at least seven days prior to any General Meeting who its Delegates will be.

Changes to Centre delegates after submission of this application must be submitted in writing to the CEO (anthony.mcintosh@lavic.com.au) not less than 48 hours before the Annual General Meeting.

• Centre Delegates - after 11.59pm 23rd July

Select the register now option and use your Centre login to register your 'Centre Delegates - by default' for the 2022 LAVic AGM. Based on Constitutional rule:

Rule 6.8 (d) states:

If an Affiliated Centre fails to provide the required notification to the CEO, the president and secretary of the Affiliated Centre shall be deemed to be the Delegates.

 You will be required to confirm who the appointed president or Secretary is and which season they are aligned too (21/22 or 22/23) and where necessary provide evidence (AGM / General minutes) of their appointment.

• Centre Proxy / Alternate Delegate - prior to 11.59pm 23rd July

Click on the register now option to appoint a Centre Proxy. (This is to be completed by the Centre).

• Observer or Life Governor

Click on the Observer or Life Governor option depending on your title. You will be required to provide your name and required registration details. All Life Governors now will have a secure login profile, if you are a Life Governor and require assistance with your login details please contact the LAVic Office (03 9960 8600)
