* Please note due to the quantity of events that the U14, U15, U16 & U17 athletes compete in, their events will be held over 2 days.

Entry Caps:

U9, U10, U11, U12: 72 Boys & 72 Girls (each age group) U12 Girls limited spots, U9, U10 and U11 at capacity (both genders) & U12 boys
U13: 54 Boys & 54 Girls - Both Genders at capacity
U14: 36 Boys & 36 Girls - Both Genders at capacity
U15: 36 Boys & 36 Girls
U16: 24 Boys & 24 Girls
U17: 16 Boys & 16 Girls

Multi-Class – no entry cap for age categories

Multi-Class athletes have to hold a provision or full classification that has been approved.

Entry Fee:

$50 per Athlete + $1.65 Processing Fee

$40 per Multi-Class Athletes * + $1.50 Processing Fee

The fee above covers entry & admission into the venue.

*Multi-Class athletes have to hold a provisional or full classification.

Payment must be made online at time of entry (Paypal / Credit card / Apple pay / Google pay). Athletes are required to use their registration username / password in order to register. Each athlete must be registered seperately in their individual account. A username / password retrieval option is available at the top right hand side of this page. The copy and paste method is encouraged when logging in to avoid text numeric confusion.

Entries Close:

Wednesday 26th October 2022 @ 11:59am or prior should entry cap be reached.

Timetable: 

A draft timetable which will confirm the start time for each age group, will be available on the event page once prepared.

Confirmation of Entry:

Once your entry is complete your name will appear on the "Confirmed Entrants" listing above and you should have received a confirmation e-mail.

Event T-Shirt:

Event T-shirts are now available online, these are a commemorative item for the event. A link to purchase is available below and will also be made available in your payment receipt. 

T-Shirts are $40

• Order placed prior to the 27th of September will be available for pick up at the combined events.
• Orders placed on the 28th September until close will be posted to a nominated postal address & will include a postage fee.
