These sessions are a fun introduction to Archery. Sessions go for 1 1/2 hours and are conducted by Qualified Archery Australia Instructors with equipment supplied.

Location: Canberra Archery Club, Southwell Park, Thurbon Road, Lyneham (behind the Hockey Centre)

Arrive 9:45 to receive equipment. Any arrivals later than 10am will not be able to participate in the session and will not be refunded/rescheduled.   

Registration and payment ($30 per person) for a session is through the club website: www.canberraarchery.club (Come n try page), registrations close the Friday before the class at 11pm.

NOTE that multiple participants can be registered prior to making payment.

WHAT TO WEAR:

• Closed shoes are important, no open footwear is allowed
• T-shirt or long-sleeved shirt, nothing too baggy that will get in the way of the string being released.
• Hat, sunscreen, water bottle (water is available for purchase at the club)
• appropriate wet-weather clothing/shoes in case of rain (noting that we'll often shoot from undercover if it's wet, or hot in the sun)

We will be following the Covid-19 plan that is available on our website. Hand sanitiser will be available for use.

Once you have registered, you will see your name added to the "confirmed entrants" listing for this session, and to check how many places are already taken click on the " Confirmed Entrants" listing.

Please note: No refunds or reschedules will be given unless exceptional circumstances or the session is cancelled by Canberra Archery Club 

If you are already a member of the club and wish to hire equipment, please do not register via this website. Equipment hire can be arranged with the coaches on the day.
