Centre Affiliation is for the period 1 September 2023 to 31 August 2024

You will be required to login to your account to complete Affiliation.

Terms and Conditions of Affiliation

The affiliation process between a Centre and the Association is a contract entitling the Members to the benefits, rights and privileges set out in the Act and Constitution, and requiring them to undertake the obligations set out in Regulation 6.

Regulation 6 should be read, thoroughly understood, agreed to & complied with by Centres.

As part of the affiliation process Centres are required to provide the following information:

• Key Centre Committee positions details (name, email, phone, childsafe credentials) - President, Secretary, Treasurer, Registrar, Child Safe Officer (x 2 required), MPIO (member protection information officer).
• Centre Sanctioned coaches (confirmation to register - link available in receipt).
• Bank details (updates only) applicable to the Centre (Name,BSB, Account Number).

Refer to your Centre contact page (https://lavic.com.au/centres/) and only need to provide updates if changes:

• Venue details address.
• Primary contact for Centre enquiries (*daytime phone mandatory field to confirm/update).
• Primary competition day, start time, staggered start, On Track delivery & age groups, Centre participation in the Winter / Cross Country Season and training details: day, times & age groups applicable.
• Induction / Registration dates / locations Trial Athlete dates. (If applicable)
• Website & Social media channels and their respective links.
• Additional questions: Request confirmation of Centre Open Day dates (If conducting one)
• Date/month of your 22/23 AGM, approx date/month for your season 23/24 AGM, collection of voting preferences (if applicable to be used during online member registrations).
• A preferred residential delivery address for Centre kits (registration items)

On completion of the online application your invoices will be emailed. Invoices will be based on your 2022/2023 registration numbers:

less than 150 Members -$55 or more than 150 Members - $110
