2023 National and ANSW State Indoor - hosted by PCA

National and ANSW State Indoor Championships 2023

2 day event Saturday 8th July 2023 and Sunday 9th July 2023 

All archers will shoot the event over 2 days

 

Venue Location: 

Butterfly Farm Pavilion - Wilberforce Go Karts

446 Wilberforce Rd, Wilberforce NSW

 

Entry Cost: $55, online entries only 

(The entry fee has been subsidised by Archery NSW to the amount of  $10 per archer)

REGISTRATION CUT-OFF: 11pm 17 June 2023, or earlier when venue reaches capacity.

No late entries accepted 

 

ROUNDS:     

Day 1: Double AUS 18m

  • 2 x 30 arrows at 18m
  • Archers may choose between a single 40cm face and a triple triangle (Vegas) face.
  • Archers score X's and 10's.

Day 2: WA Indoor 18m

  • 60 arrows at 18m
  • Archers may choose between a single 40cm face and a triple vertical (traffic light) face.
  • Archers score 10's only (no X's).
  • Compound Archers score only the inner 10.

 

Eligible Divisions and Classes:

Gender Male, Female
Divisions Recurve, Compound, Barebow Recurve, Barebow Compound, Longbow or
Crossbow.

Class Open, 50+, 60+, 70+, U21, U18, U16 or U14

Sub Class Para Open, Para W1, Crossbow Assisted, VI

The entire event is required to be shot in details (AB/CD-CD/AB, etc) - if unclear, refer to World Archery Rules 13.1 for the procedure

THIS IS A WA REGISTERED EVENT- WA DRESS STANDARDS APPLY

Valid AA membership cards and/or proof of current financial membership is required at registration on competition day

Double scoring - Paper and Electronic - Please ensure that your electronic scoring device is fully charged for the day. 

 
SCHEDULE: 

Morning Session Sat and Sun : Flight 1

  • Registration from 7:30am
  • Practice starts at 8.30am (Minimum of 20 minutes)
  • Competition starts immediately following practice
  • 10 minute break after 30 arrows

Midday Session Sat and Sun : Flight 2

  • Registration from 11:00am
  • Practice starts at 12:00pm (Minimum of 20 minutes)
  • Competition starts immediately following practice
  • 10 minute break after 30 arrows

Afternoon Session Sat and Sun : Flight 3

  • Registration from 2:30pm
  • Practice starts at 3:30pm (Minimum of 20 minutes)
  • Competition starts immediately following practice
  • 10 minute break after 30 arrows

Evening Session Sat and Sun : TBA if sufficient interest / other flights filled.

 

There is limited space at the venue.  Don't leave it until the last day to register as you may miss out!

Non-AA/ASNSW Members

Archery Alliance members and non-Archery Australia members may enter as a visitor. They can only enter Archery Australia categories and Archery Australia rules will apply. No AA or ASNSW medals will be awarded to a visitor, but an ASNSW visitor medal will be awarded.

If the event is over-subscribed priority will be given to AA/ASNSW members.

Archery Australia Medical consent form (unaccompanied minors).

Archery Australia Anti-Gaming and Match Fixing

If entrant is under 18 years of age confirmation of entry by parent or guardian

Any other requirement as determined by ASNSW Committee from time to time
