2023 October Archery Carnival

The Barossa Archery Club October Archery Carnival is fast becoming a "must attend" event on the SA Archery Calendar , please consider spending the weekend in our beautiful region and join us for our Dave Allery Field Tournament and Indoor QRE on Saturday 21st October, a social dinner on Saturday night for all entrants and concluding on Sunday 22nd October with the Dennis Rothe Memorial shoot and BBQ lunch.  

Dave Allery Field Tournament - Sat 21st October

Round: 24t WA Field (Marked Distance) - AA Registered Tournament

Start time: 9am practice for 9:30am start

The Dave Allery Field Shoot Trophy to be awarded to the individual highest off bow score regardless of class/classification.

Medals will be awarded to place getters in all divisions. 

Places are strictly limited  to a maximum of 48 archers. 

Entry is open to all age groups and bow types excluding crossbow (due to space restrictions) 

Entrance Fee: $25.00

Cool drinks and Tea & Coffee available

Barossa Indoor Shoot - Sat 21st October

Round: WA 18m - QRE Registered

Start time: 3:30pm practice for 4pm start

Places limited to 20 archers (8 x 40cm single face, 12 x triple face)

Cost $10 payable at event.

Dennis Rothe Memorial Invitational Tournament - Sun 22nd October

Rounds: Canberra (WA60/900) , Junior Canberra - AA Registered Tournament

To be eligible for the Dennis Rothe Memorial Trophy, and the October Carnival Overall Winners Trophy, you must register to shoot the Canberra (WA60/900) round.

Start time: 9:30am practice for 10:00am start

Medals will be awarded to place getters in all rounds. 

Places are strictly limited  to a maximum of 30 archers. 

Entry is open to all age groups and bow types excluding crossbow (due to space restrictions) 

Entrance Fee: $25.00

BBQ Lunch: $10.00 / head pay on the day.
