NU-GEN Junior events are being conducted at the Hobart, Devonport, Burnie and Central Coast (Penguin) carnivals in season 2023/24.

Hobart (27th Dec.) - 100m, 300m & 800m

Devonport (29th Dec.) - 100m, 400m & 1600m 

Burnie (31st Dec.) - 120m, 400m & 1600m

Central Coast (Penguin) (13th January) - 100m, 400m & 1600m

Important information 

1. Open to boys & girls aged 10-16 years inclusive as at race day
2. Novice TAL registered athletes are eligible to enter
3. Events will be handicapped with participation and fun as priorities
4. Entry fee is $5.00 per event
5. Instructions/timetable will be emailed to entrants prior to each carnival
6. All participants will receive a commemorative medallion
7. Prizes will be given to placegetters in each event

Athletes not registered with a Little Athletics club, an Athletics Tas club or the Tasmanian Athletic League need to pay a $10.00 registration/insurance fee once only for the series. Select the appropriate entry type before selecting events.

Entries close 9:00am, 6th January 2024 for Central Coast (Penguin)
