Special Conditions

This event is an ONLINE ENTRY event! Payments via other methods only accepted under exceptional circumstances.

This is a one day tournament. Medals shall be allocated on the total score of the one day.

Archers may enter only one flight.

Membership Cards must be presented at registration.

A "no card, no shoot policy" will apply. AA payment receipt will be accepted for members that have not received their cards.

All attendees must abide by ChildSafe regulations.

All attendees must follow any COVID rules and restriction in place at the time of the event.

Closing Date

Online entries close 6 pm Saturday 5th November 2022 or before if the flight maximum is reached.

Entries may be accepted after November 5th, but only if there are places available. A late entry fee will apply.

Medals

Medals awarded in each category.

Perpetual Monash Trophies Awarded to archers with the highest score of the day in the WA 60/900 round for:

Male Recurve, Female Recurve, Male Compound, Female Compound.

Event Schedule: Sunday 13th November 2022

AM Flight (Youth, Masters, Veterans)

8am - Registration & Inspection.

8.40 am - Practice.

9am - Competition Starts.

12.15 pm (approximate) - Tea, coffee & nibbles, followed by Presentation of medals for 1st Flight.

PM Flight (OPEN, U20 &Under, Para and VI)

1pm - Registration & Inspection (approximately.)

1.40pm - Practice.

2pm - Competition Starts.

4.30 pm (approximate) - Tea, coffee & nibbles.  Followed by:

Medal Presentations for the 2nd Flight and Presentations and the Perpetual Monash Trophy Presentations: At the conclusion of the event.

Note : Places are limited to 48 archers in each flight, One Flight per Archer, Category limits may apply. First come, first served.
