Bramston Beach 25 November we need 4 Marshalls and 2 Escort Drivers confirmed prior to race day.

• Online registration closes Midnight the Friday before race day.
• No new entries will be taken after this time or on the day.

Please note: without volunteers, we can not hold a race.

As per our permits, each road race needs volunteer escort drivers (3 vehicles minimum) and also persons at major intersections (4 minumum to ensure vehicles are aware of cyclists on the road and to direct cyclists).  Volunteers can be race participants, spectators, members, non-members, family and friends.

STARTING POINTS

BRAMSTON BEACH road races start on Evans Road (near caravan park)

• Number and Transponder collection on race day will commence at 7:15am and close 7:45am for a 8:00am start

COPPERLOBE HILL race starts Marino Street (Whitfield State School)  Number and Transponder collection on race day will commence at 6:45am and close 7:15am for a 7:30am start

GORDONVALE road races start at Norman Park Rotunda – Norman Street Gordonvale

• Number and Transponder collection on race day will commence at 6:45am and close 7:15am for a 7:30am start

MALANDA road races start from Mary Street - (near Malanda State Primary School)

•  Number and Transponder collection on race day will commence at 7:30am and close 8:15am for a 8:30am start

• 3 Ride Racing Permits (3 races within 3 months from date of purchase - $51.20 + $15 race fees)
• One Day Racing Permits ($38.65 + $15 race fee) 

• Send email confirmation of temporary racing permit to secretary@cairnscyclingclub.com.au,  including race date and nominated division before registration closes.  
  • No new entries will be taken on the day or after registration closes.
• Confirmation of entry will be sent by return email
• $15 race fee (cash) to be paid on the day of race
